Become a Member of Ada Sunrise Rotary
We are so glad you're interested in joining us! We are always looking for community-minded individuals who want to connect with others, serve the Ada community, and start their Friday with a sense of purpose and fun.
If you've been searching for a way to get more involved, build genuine friendships, and be part of something bigger than yourself, you may have found the perfect fit.
Why Join Ada Sunrise Rotary?
Becoming a Rotarian means becoming part of a global network of 1.4 million neighbors, friends, and leaders, but the real magic happens right here at the local level. As a member of our club, you will:
- Make a Tangible Impact: Go beyond just writing a check. You’ll be hands-on with projects that directly benefit Ada and Pontotoc County, from packing school supplies for over 1,000 local children to cleaning up Main Street after a storm.
- Build Meaningful Connections: Our club is a cross-section of the Ada community. You will form genuine friendships and a powerful professional network with leaders from dozens of fields.
- Experience Personal Growth: Develop your leadership skills by serving on committees, learn something new every week from our fascinating guest speakers, and gain a deeper understanding of the needs and triumphs of our community.
- Have Fun: We believe service should be joyful. Whether it’s sharing a laugh over our silly "Friday Song" or getting together for socials like axe-throwing and bowling, we make sure to have a good time while doing good work.
The Path to Membership: It's Simple!
We want to get to know you, and we want you to get to know us. Our process is straightforward and welcoming.
- Step 1: Be Our Guest. The best way to start is to simply visit a meeting! Experience the energy and fellowship for yourself. Your first breakfast is on us. We meet almost every Friday at 6:45 AM in the Aldridge Ballroom (200 S. Broadway).
- Step 2: Get to Know Us. Come to a few meetings, ask questions, and meet our members. We encourage you to join us for a service project or a social event to see us in action.
- Step 3: Express Your Interest. When you feel ready to join, simply let our Club Secretary or any member know. They will provide you with a short membership application to complete. A prospective member must attend at least 3 of our meetings or events before submitting a membership application!

Dues Assistance & Waiver Program
Membership in Ada Sunrise Rotary should never depend on what's happening in your bank account. We know that life brings seasons of change, a new job, school expenses, medical bills, or simply a stretch where the budget is tight. If dues are the only thing standing between you and Rotary, we want to remove that barrier.
Any current or prospective member may apply for a full waiver, partial waiver, or deferred payment plan. Applications are reviewed confidentially by the Board of Directors, and decisions are based on documented circumstances and established criteria, not judgment. Sharing a reason is optional.
To apply, download the application below and return it to our Club Secretary or any board member. Questions? Reach out to any club officer or director, we're glad to talk it through.
We're committed to continuous improvement
If you're a current Rotarian, please take a moment to complete our brief satisfaction survey. Your candid feedback (anonymous) helps our board shape programs, service projects, and fellowship opportunities for the year ahead.
