Ada Sunrise Rotary members rolled up their sleeves to help pack over 1,000 school supply kits for local students, supporting the annual Back to School Basics program led by Leah Dudley.

In the spirit of service and fellowship, Ada Sunrise Rotary members came together this month to help move and assemble over 1,000 school supply kits as part of the annual Back to School Basics program.

These kits, tailored for students across Ada and surrounding communities, ensure that every child begins the school year with the essentials they need to succeed. Volunteers worked in teams to sort, pack, and label boxes by school, turning a room full of supplies into a carefully coordinated distribution effort.

At the heart of it all is Leah Dudley, the program’s dedicated director, who has spent weeks gathering supplies, coordinating donations, organizing logistics, and guiding volunteers through each stage of the project. Her leadership and heart for service have made a tremendous impact on students and families across the region.

We're proud to be part of this incredible effort, and we thank all the volunteers, especially Leah, who made it possible. This is what Rotary is all about: putting service into action and showing up for our community.
