Fireball Classic Working Session & Potluck

Our next Fireball Classic committee get-together will be a hands-on working session and potluck on Tuesday, November 17 at 6:00 PM. We'll be writing thank-you cards to our 2026 sponsors and water station volunteer groups, as well as stuffing envelopes with event photos and early 2027 sponsorship pledge forms.

Whether you want to help write notes, stuff envelopes, put on stamps, or just hang out and enjoy some good food, everyone in the club is welcome. The more hands we have, the faster the assembly line will go!

• When: Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 6:00 PM

• Where: Pontotoc County Health Department, 2330 Arlington St, Ada

• Food (Potluck!): We're doing a potluck! Please reply to this email or drop a note in Discord to let us know what dish, side, or dessert you'd like to bring.

• Getting In: The building is locked after hours, so please try to arrive by 6:00 PM so Danielle can badge us in. If you're running late, text Danielle so someone can let you in.

To-Do Items Before We Meet:

• Danielle: Printing event/race photo cards and gathering the water station group list (via Christen & Ashley).

• Lena: Bringing the Rotary thank-you postcards.

• Kevin: Printing the 2026 sponsor tracking sheet and putting together the 2027 Continued Sponsorship Pledge forms.

• Note: If anyone wants to volunteer to pick up stamps and envelopes before the meeting, please let us know!
